"What Still Remains" has other virtues, but it gets a lot about Judaism wildly wrong in a way that will probably be very distracting for Jewish readers.

I am also kind of iffy on tieing the Court of Owls so closely to Tim's Judaism because, uh, the a secretive cabal of rich and powerful Gotham elders is already drawing on some questionable associations.

To be clear, I don't think the author meant anything malicious. But the effect is not good.
