Long, smart, utterly engrossing story of how Sam saves Dean from hell. Has a Gaiman-esque feel to it, and is apparently a crossover with Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, but I haven't read that and didn't really feel the lack. Could stand to have Britishisms weeded out, but overall a fabulous story.
