Leia doesn't know how to have a relationship without fighting. It's kind of a problem. This is a really lovely look at Leia trying to navigate her relationship with Poe and learning that she can't just fall back on her habits from her relationship with Han.

Anakin and Obi-Wan finally have a real conversation. ouch.

"Say it in public, and I'll deny it."
"You plan to take me out in public?"
Heat rushed to Leia's cheeks when she pictured showing up on D'Qar with an arrest record, cases of stolen blasters, and an attractive young rogue in tow. It was, she had to admit, fairly on brand, even if she'd spent the last twenty years trying to deny it. Leia and Poe meet in prison! Hee! This does a good job papering over the retcon in Poe's backstory per TRoS.

Three months after ESB, Luke Skywalker is still reeling from the revelation of his parentage. When he finally cracks and tells Leia, she comes up with a plot to get Darth Vader off his back: stage his death. However, neither of them know that Darth Vader actually cares for his son, so the news ends up creating a Sith Lord hell bent on destroying anyone even remotely involved in Luke's demise. But when Leia tries to contact an in-hiding Luke, she finds that something terrible has really happened, and now no one knows where he is.
Meanwhile, Darth Vader starts getting a mysterious, unwilling visitor in his dreams... Epic, compelling AU where Luke faking his death is only the beginning of his adventures. I enjoyed this a lot.

Long, thoughtful AU where Anakin makes a different choice and ends up keeping his family and helping to found the rebellion.

Lovely OT3 coda to the sequels.
