Batfamily
Cat's Cradle by
liv_andlet_die
Alfred the cat takes a shine to Jason, giving Damian an idea. Oh heart.
A Dance on Broken Glass by
cylobaby27
Alfred and Jason get off to a rough start when he comes to live with Bruce, but that just makes their relationship stronger. Oh my heart.
first steps home by
Lysical
Two stories on how Jason finally makes his way home, and how Bruce does (or doesn't) handle that.
Flutter, Flutter Little Bat by
audreycritter
Jason intends to visit Alfred at the Manor on Halloween and finds Bruce at the door instead. Reconciliation ensues. Oh my heart. #i'm not crying you're crying
GoodDad!Bruce Adopts His Children by
lurkinglurkerwholurks
The first story is exactly what it says on the tin - Bruce asking each of his adopted kids if he can adopt them - and the second is Tim's POV on when Bruce asks him. #i'm not crying you're crying
The Graces by
byebyeskylark
Damian is briefly gifted with the brief chance to re-experience childhood in the best possible ways. Oh my heart.
The Great Minivan Escape by
chibi_nightowl
Dick and Jason break up an arms deal by stealing a minivan. Hijinks ensue. Hilarious.
hangman is coming down from the gallows by
nex_et_nox
If Batman won't avenge Robin IV, the Red Hood will. Yes good. #even robins #formerly dead sidekicks ftw!
I Have a Spatula by
Quillium
Adorable slices of life with the Batfamily.
I Used to Be an Adventurer Like You, Then I Took an Arrow to the Knee by
audreycritter
Bruce and Steph have a time travel adventure and do some bonding in adversity. *sobs*
If the Sky Comes Falling Down (For You) by
lurkinglurkerwholurks
5 times Jason Todd saved his siblings... and one time they saved him. I'm not sure what the timeline is here (I guess it actually follows canon?) but I enjoyed this look at Jason slowly warming up to his siblings.
in loco fratris by
meretricula
AU where when Dick goes undercover with Spyral, he makes his brothers promise to look after each other. Oh boys. Oh heart.
Life Happens by
Cdelphiki
While walking home from an event at Wayne Enterprises, Tim and Damian are kidnapped and sent to an alternate dimension. In a world where superheroes are merely comic book characters and the idea of the multiverse is only a theory found within the pages of science fiction, how are Tim and Damian going to return home? How long will they be stranded on this strange Earth? And will the boys murder each other before they figure it out? I enjoyed watching Tim and Damian grow as people and as brothers in this, though some of the plot machinations towards the end felt a little contrived to me.
Living With Your Secret Identity by
Tanaletheia
Steph bribes Jason to attend her statistics class, where they are going to discuss superheroes. Things get hilariously out of hand. And in the second story, the rest of the Batfamily finds out. I laughed out loud a lot.
Parent's Evening by
Sapphy
Bruce's first parent-teacher conference at Dick's new school. Silly old Bat. Hee!
The Past and Pending by
Cerusee
Bruce takes the kids on a night hike to do some stargazing. Hijinks ensue. Oh heart. I love that they act like a family here, not just an affiliated coalition of vigilantes.
The Prodigal, Take Two (Electric Boogaloo) by
Cerusee
Jason comes back to Gotham after taking time to find himself. Bruce is thrilled to get his son back a second - and happier - time. Oh my heart. #i'm not crying it's just raining on my face (I also enjoyed the two sequels, featuring Dick and Cass, respectively.)
Robins and Other Flightless Birds by
Ionaperidot
It begins with another Bruce, looking around his cave and asking, “So where are the kids?”
Bruce has never thought about having a family before. But once the idea occurs to him, it's hard to think about anything else. AU where Batman's never had a Robin, but discovers his kids via the multiverse and brings versions of them home. I enjoyed this.
Safe House by
lurkinglurkerwholurks
Damian ducks into a safe house and finds it's already occupied by Jason. Nice look at the two of them finding some common ground.
So You Say It's Your Birthday by
Cerusee
The Batfam comes together to celebrate Steph and Jason's birthdays. #formerly dead sidekicks ftw! ♥♥♥♥♥
Taxi Service by
audreycritter
Damian hates using crutches.
Bruce has a solution. Bruce gives Damian a piggyback ride. Oh my heart.
This Above All by
cylobaby27
Tim is surprised to find Jason is a student in the class on Shakespeare he's auditing, and they have to deal with each other. I could have read ten thousand more words of this.
Two Birds on a Wire by
empires &
pentapus
Dick asks Jason for help on a case, and they end up undercover together and things go a little differently than Jason had planned. I enjoyed this a lot.
Verdant by
Cerusee
Instead of training him to kill, Talia brings Jason home after his dip in the Lazarus Pit. Everyone handles it better that way. Oh my heart. This is absolutely the kind of homecoming Jason deserved.
where were you when I was king in this part of town? by
Cerusee
Dick breaks up a mugging and realizes there's something familiar about the homeless kid who didn't really need saving. Oh my heart. *sobs* The fact that he doesn't recognize him at first feels both true and extra heartbreaking.
The Wound Begins to Bleed by
audreycritter
Damian's being bullied. Tim takes care of it. ♥ Tim and Damian finding some detente pleases me tremendously.
