Exactly what it says on the tin - AU where Ahsoka's the Slayer and Anakin's her watcher, but after she died and came back, there's a new, by the book Slayer, and Ahsoka and Anakin have to mend the strain in their relationship. This does a really great job of translating "Landing at Point Rain" into a Buffy-style monster of the week story. I could have read a few thousand more words of this fusion, but it ends rather abruptly.

"Team up," he said. Shocked and frozen halfway through pushing his hand off her head, Carol couldn't really think of an argument.

As far as backup went, the Hulk wasn't exactly a bad choice. Jessica disappears. Carol and Hulk team up to find her. This is adorable.

"Short," he says, and Natasha glances at Steve. Steve nods, waiting for Natasha to start trimming Bucky's hair before going back to his drawing. Natasha gives Bucky a haircut while Steve sketches them. OT3 feels abound. *happy sigh*

It wasn't until days later that she'd found out that it hadn't just been a Hellmouth (the one in Cleveland, maybe, although the town was such a pit Faith didn't think anyone would notice) or even the Hellmouth (happy, shiny, crateriffic Sunnydale, how she didn't miss it). It was all Hellmouths. Everywhere. One big worldwide demon party. / Faith figured her invitation must have gotten lost somewhere along the way. That she didn't mind so much; parties you crashed were always a better time than parties where you were invited to, anyway Chilling and heartbreaking look at how things could go wrong after the BtVS series finale.

It had been a long time since he'd had that. It was kind of, well, weird actually, but nice weird like bubble bath instead of bad weird like snot monsters.
